Barbara Angius Saxby
Barbara is a senior executive with 25 years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, market research/analysis, and international business development in the tech industry. As an interim VP/CMO she has positioned and launched dozens of software companies and ran complex projects for mid-large enterprises to improve marketing and sales operations and market products. Most notable were roles at NetApp where she did a needs analyzed and defined its marketing automation strategy and the 1.5 years with Adobe as head of product marketing for Magento Order Management in the e-commerce space.
Barbara now lives in France, where her consulting focus is international business development – assisting US companies in Europe (interim help) and advising European companies how to enter the US. She also supports startups to build effective presentations (storytelling), secure financing, accelerate growth and achieve successful exits. In addition, she serves as a board member and investor with Sophia Business Angels in Sophia Antipolis on the French Riviera.

He currently directing large programs for Cisco and Cerner to deliver large scale implementation for hospitals (over 10) medical graded network technologies, telemedicine for care providers, and positioning technologies for the healthcare industry.
Previously, Arde was responsible for Cisco’s West Coast enterprise Retail clients, leading consultative business transformation engagements to deliver positive impact to the client’s business in use of technologies. He established and led large program management organizations in Fortune 100 companies including IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Bare Escentuals and Longs/CVS drug Stores. Arde offers a unique blend of IT Consulting, C-level executive acumen, global team building, organizational and process re-alignment and strategic IT solutions development and is credited with strong business ROI and operational improvements on a global scale.

Roger Alderson
Based in London, Roger has forged a career spanning more than two decades of the modern marketing era. With substantial global experience he has spent half of his career working internationally as a consultant (with the McKenna Group), a strategist (with Perot Systems) and a marketing director (with EDS, HP and Logica). He has proven experience working with a range of organisations from start-ups to multi-nationals.
Roger works with clients to build compelling marketing strategies across multiple industries. His core focus is helping companies build digital agility strategies to support programs and the broader digital transformation footprint within the organization. He is particularly adept at ensuring that those strategies are ‘interlocked’ with other parts of the business (particularly sales and IT) to take full advantage of digital marketing options. William Stone
Bill is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience in strategic marketing, management, and global business development – the past decade as a growth consultant providing interim or fractional (CRO/ CMO) pipeline acceleration leadership. As a Partner at Accelent, his focus is helping companies transform and modernize customer acquisition machines & retention engines to scale growth, accelerate value and exit events, and employ best practices to improve marketing and sales process alignment and operations. His strategic work also includes customer analysis, validation, market segmentation, positioning and messaging.
Bill has personally worked with over 100 companies marketing and selling technology, life sciences, financial and other services on a global scale. Past projects for public companies include Constant Contact, Moody’s KMV, Liberty Medical, IBM and many others. He has also held fractional roles as CMO, VP of Marketing, Demand and Operations with dozens of companies in a variety of industries.
His startup experience includes being a founding member of one of the first B2B/C database marketing companies, a solutions innovator at Mullen Advertising (Top 25 Brand Agency), founder of one of the first strategic & creative direct marketing agencies (Renaissance Direct). He ultimately founded a growth acceleration and funnel-conversion advisory practice and served as an EIR at M&A and PE firms, angel investor.
Prior to consulting, Bill was a sales leader/enabler for a few startup companies in the fledgling direct and demand gen space. Bill has a B.A. degree in English Literature and a minor in economics from St. Lawrence University.

Along with driving measurable value, he builds alignment between Sales, Marketing, and IT to optimize the customer experience as well as the competence center for market trends and customer needs. Pam Bradley
With 20+ years of international business experience, Pam is a seasoned marketing leader with the right balance of creative vision, tactical execution, and results orientation. She has established global marketing operations and worked to successfully optimize sales and marketing processes and tools, and deliver executive leadership the data and visibility needed to make solid business decisions. Pam provides interim management leadership, best practices in demand gen programs and marketing operations, and help align marketing and sales on a global scale.
Pam joined Accelent Consulting from Mincom (now Ventyx), an ABB company where, as vice president of global marketing, she led the company through a major rebranding, built a world class global marketing team, oversaw the integration of two marketing automation systems and CRM’s and established closed loop reporting and marketing accountability for pipeline creation to the business. Pam has directed global marketing for leading technology companies including Mincom, MRO Software, IBM Tivoli, NETg, Dun & Bradstreet Software, McCormack & Dodge, PictureTel Corporation and Progress Software.
A pioneer in marketing automation, over the past seven years, Pam has evaluated, selected and implemented many leading marketing automation systems to help improve revenue performance (RPM) within the organization. Kelli Negro
Kelli is a senior marketing and strategy executive with over 20 years of experience leading some of the largest brands in the U.S. and Europe. She spent over 10 years working as a strategic marketing consultant for technology, financial services and other Fortune 500 companies including Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo Bank, Apollo Group and HP. Kelli’s project focus is on developing content strategies that fuel marketing efforts, enabling companies to guide buyers through the sales funnel from awareness and consideration, to leads and closing deals. She is considered a lead generation expert, and believes that content is a key factor in driving highly qualified prospects. Kelli’s career began in the technology industry, directing marketing efforts for several Internet and software companies. She served in numerous management positions with Charles Schwab & Co., with roles in client experience, marketing communications and product management. She ran consumer and enterprise marketing for Financial Engines and directed PR activities for Apple’s hardware, software and educational departments. Pascal Cordebar
Pascal is a veteran in building digital information systems with over 25 years of experience in IT and enterprise software. He helps companies align their back end systems and existing infrastructure with marketing and sales tools to streamline data flow as part of the digital transformation journey. Pascal has the right blend of business acumen, having run pre-sales and consulting teams, with his deep technical expertise.

He created and managed the UNIX and Open System Architecture Division at Unilog prior to joining IBM. Pascal has a PhD in System Architecture from Les Mines, Paris.
Michael Griego
Michael Griego is a sales executive with almost 30 years of practical high-technology sales and sales management experience. As a Principal with Accelent Consulting, Mike focuses on operational effectiveness, business process alignment, sales, process, and institutionalizing sales and marketing best practices.

Alea has more than seventeen years experience in global IT market analysis, and has worked for many of the major market research agencies as both an analyst and as a consultant. With 18 years of B2B tech marketing experience, Karla specializes in helping companies get rapid, meaningful, business value from using Marketo and Salesforce.com. Alain Lebayard
Alain brings almost 25 years of experience in software development. From an early age Alain had a passion for programming that started even before the personal computer was born. This led him to quickly become proficient with the cutting edge technologies as they were appearing on the scene. With Accelent, Alain drives technical projects including front and back end web development, web applications, database development and mobile apps. He spent the first part of his career designing and developing desktop applications for the financial markets before moving on to developing apps for programmers. Alain was part of the Microsoft team, which implemented the first version of Microsoft Visual C++, which has since become the ubiquitous development tool for everything related to Microsoft technologies. Later on he joined Autodesk, where he worked on several releases of the flagship product, AutoCAD, then helped developing vertical products such as Autodesk Map or MapGuide. Following the trend of an ever more powerful web, Alain then transitioned from desktop to web development. He built along the way a wide expertise both on the client side and the server side of a web application. On the client side, Alain is proficient with the latest standards of HTML, CSS, Javascript or AJAX, at the core of Web 2.0 applications. On the server side, he is experienced with web services development, including standards and technologies such as SOAP/REST, ASP.NET, JSP and PHP, along with data access with relational or NoSql databases. Alain has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Paris, Orsay.
